DESCRIPTION:Che cos’è l’Intelligenza Emotiva e perché è così importante? \nSempre più spesso ne sentiamo parlare sia in ambito lavorativo che nella sfera personale. \nYoung Women Network vuole approfondire questo tema che riguarda la capacità di riconoscere\, comprendere\, navigare le proprie emozioni entrando in empatia con gli/ le altr*\, per superare possibili conflitti e non solo. \nIn che modo? Proponendo una serata che permetta di far incontrare mentor e mentee al di fuori del programma di Inspiring Mentor\, e unendo due diversi momenti: una prima parte di formazione e una seconda di confronto e condivisione. \nL’evento è Phygital\, pertanto sarà possibile seguire la formazione anche online e partecipare al networking grazie alle breakout room create su Microsoft Teams.
